Return and Refund Policy – ClickMarket SRL

At ClickMarket SRL, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items.

  • Personalized or customized products.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@clickmarketsrl.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning your item.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our team.

Important: Returns without a valid RAN may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Within Romania: Free of charge.

  • EU countries: 29 lei per order; free if your order exceeds 399 lei.

  • International: 69 lei per order; free if your order exceeds 399 lei.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition or missing parts.

5. Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for the same item if it is defective or damaged. For exchanges:

  • Follow the same process as returns.

  • We will ship the replacement item after receiving the returned product.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@clickmarketsrl.shop with photos of the damage.

  • We will provide instructions to return the item and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
